Bio.

Paula began dancing with Harlow Ballet School at the age of 7 and went on to complete her professional training at The Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary dance. Her career has been spent working as a Freelance Artist and Choreographer, which has included being a soloist with Santus Circus, numerous Site-specific and Contemporary projects, UK and European tours as a backing dancer. She has also worked as a Wedding Choreographer and with musicians such as Kajagoogoo’s Limahl & American Artist Silas Fermoy.

Paula completed her Diploma in Event Management and Level 3 Qualifications in Fitness, Nutrition, Class Instruction and Personal Training. She has an extensive working knowledge of Theatre in Education and has devised and facilitated projects for Erasmus Plus. She has also directed productions for Shooting Star Entertainment and PMB Productions. Paula has taught for dance and theatre schools across the country, co-directed Gymboree Chelmsford pre-school music and play and is now the Principal of The Pauline Quirke Academy in Bishops Stortford. Now proud to be a mum and with over 20 years of teaching experience. Paula is thrilled to bring her passion for dancing to Ballet Bums and is excited to share her experience with others.
