Mecia has been dancing since the age of 3. She trained at London Studio Centre and has performed in various shows in the UK and abroad including the London 2012 Olympics opening ceremony. Mecia teaches a wide variety of dance disciplines and has been choreographing wedding dances since 2013.

Yoga was a natural progression in 2018 alongside dance, as it aided in building strength and flexibility. She teaches power vinyasa flow, specialising in pregnancy and post-natal yoga not long before becoming a Mum to a beautiful little boy.

As a professionally trained dancer, movement, wellness and fitness of the body and mind, in all forms has always been Mecia’s passion.

She is very excited to have stumbled across Ballet Bums and it couldn’t have come at a more perfect time.

Her classes are positive, energetic and fun – and she can’t wait to get started!
